Here you'll find quick answers to the most common questions about orders, delivery, returns, products, and warranties.

1. Orders and Customer Account
1.1. How can I place an order on rco.ro?

Select the desired product, press "Add to cart", fill in the delivery details, and complete your order.

1.2. Do I need an account to place an order?

We recommend creating an account – you can track orders, save addresses, and receive personalized offers.

1.3. How can I check my order status?

If you have an account, go to the "Order History" section. Alternatively, you can check your order confirmation email.

1.4. Can I modify or cancel an order after it's been placed?

Yes, if the package hasn't been shipped yet.

1.5. How can I order products for an institution (kindergarten, school, public procurement)?

RCO® is registered in public procurement platforms. Send us an email with the desired products and institution details – we'll provide a personalized quote.

2. Delivery and Shipping
2.1. How long does delivery take?

Orders from RCO® stock are usually delivered within 1–2 business days via Sameday express courier. Depending on volume and period, processing may vary slightly. During busy periods – such as winter holidays, Easter, or major sales campaigns – delivery time may be extended by 2-3 additional days. We do our best to ensure all orders reach you as quickly as possible.

2.2. What are the delivery costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 400 Ron. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is automatically displayed at checkout.

2.3. Do you deliver outside Romania?

Currently we only deliver within Romania, but we're working on expanding international deliveries.

2.4. Can I choose the delivery time or day?

Couriers cannot guarantee an exact time, but you can discuss directly with them after receiving the delivery confirmation SMS.

3. Payment and Invoicing
3.1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, online payment with bank card (Visa, MasterCard), as well as bank transfer for institutions.

3.2. Is online payment on rco.ro secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through a secure 3D Secure system via euplatesc.ro. RCO® does not store your card details.

3.3. Can I receive an invoice for my company?

Of course. Fill in your company details correctly when placing the order. The invoice will be issued automatically.

3.4. How can I request a copy of the invoice?

Write to us at vanzari@palemo.ro and we'll resend the invoice in PDF format.

4. Returns and Warranties
4.1. What is your return policy?

You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The product must be in its original packaging, unused.

4.2. How do I send a product back?

Complete the return form and follow the instructions. We'll send the courier to you.

4.3. How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 business days from receiving the product back, using the same payment method initially used.

5. Products and Safety
5.1. Are RCO® products safe for children?

Yes. All our toys comply with European standards, being tested for safety, non-toxicity, and durability.

5.2. What are STEM and Montessori toys?

5.3. Are the products identical to those in the photos?

Yes, photographs are taken in RCO®'s own studio. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen brightness.

5.4. What materials are used in RCO® products?

We use safe materials such as EVA foam, ABS, natural wood, hypoallergenic textiles, and BPA-free plastic.

5.5. How do I clean or maintain the products?

Most can be wiped with a damp cloth. Specific details are listed on each product's packaging.

6. Corporate Orders, Schools and Institutions
6.1. Do you offer discounts for large orders or kindergartens?

Yes! Send a request to office@palemo.ro and we'll offer you preferential prices for large volumes.

6.2. Can I receive a personalized quote for public procurement?

Yes, RCO® is registered in the platform. Send the desired product codes and institution details, and our team will prepare the documentation.

7. Other Useful Questions
7.1. What does "in stock" mean?

Products marked "in stock" are immediately available in our warehouse in Romania.

7.2. Can I receive a notification when a product is back in stock?

Yes. Click the "Notify me when back in stock" button on the product page.

7.3. How can I benefit from promotions and discounts?
